| I think the Anarchist's Cookbook had directions on how to hook a dedicated cell phone to an alarm to call another preprogrammed phone. I think it was the AC...might have been something else though. But you need a phone and its own line to take apart and wire in. Obviously it only calls one number you have programmed in, which would presumably be your real cell phone number. I thought it was a brilliant idea even way back then. Now that you can get a second line for $5 a month, it sounds like an even better idea. I wouldn't ever do it, but still think it's a great idea.
